U.S sales only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and, for most roaches, Florida. Order minimum is $25 + shipping. Standard 2-3 day shipping is $15, unless your order is particularly heavy. Overnight shipping can be calculated upon request. Heat packs, cool packs, insulation, etc. are added to packages as necessary for no additional cost. A live arrival guarantee is included with all orders, barring carrier delays and/or package mishandling. If your bugs unfortunately happen to arrive dead, contact me within 24 hrs. and we can discuss a refund or second shipment. Payment only accepted via PayPal.
