A Couple I.D Requests

Hi Everyone!
Have a few identification requests for you guys.
The first I.D request is for four small, red roaches that I found under some rocks.
Here's a couple pictures of them.

Un-identified roaches
The closest match I can find is Periplaneta Americana, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it is not them, and rather a more desirable species. Might keep them anyway though.
My second I.D request is for three flat millipedes that I found near some leaf litter.
Here's some pictures of them.

I'm thinking they are probably Pleuroloma flavipes, but just want to be sure.
My third I.D request is for a very large and beautiful caterpillar.
Here are some pictures of it.

Un-identified caterpillar
Don't really have a clue what this guy is(don't know too much about lepidopterans), only that I believe it's a large moth larva. Hopefully it wasn't poisonous because as you can see I was handing it, had to have some sort of coating on it though because after handling it my hands were stained.
My fourth I.D request is for a large katydid.
Here's some pictures of it.

Don't have a clue what species this guy is either(also don't know much about orthopterans.)
My fifth and final I.D request is for some small, strange fly-like insects.
Here a couple photos of them.

Un-identified fly-like insects
As you can see there were tons of these guys on the trees. Eager to find out what they are, as they're pretty cool looking.
Hopefully you guys can help me I.D all these cool insects. Thanks in advance for the help! :)
Until next time, goodbye!
